Saw some reports in the Indonesian media about two Indonesian men who were caught trying to smuggle themselves in a tyre of a plane that was heading to Singapore. The two men were arrested at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport before they can carry out their plans. No reasons were given as to why they were planning to hide themselves in the airplane tyre compartment to get to Singapore. I think the Singapore authorities should be on heightened alert at all checkpoints into Singapore. Just a few days ago, two men were caught trying to swim into Singapore. And now two more men caught before they can smuggle themselves into Singapore.

According to Thai media, Lion Air staff in Thailand confirmed that a Thai woman who tried to stop 2 PRC women from jumping the queue had been beaten up and injured by the 2 offenders. In the video, security guards had already separated the 3 women. However, the 2 PRC women were still aggressive and were shown chasing and throwing hits at the Thai woman. Security had to take them to the police station and transfer them to the next available flight. Lion Air also mentioned that the Thai woman was queuing for a flight scheduled at 10:00, while the 2 PRC women were scheduled for the 11:00 boarding.
