Netizens were infuriated by her act of disrespecting the valuable Singapore passport. However, it turns out that the clip was part of a series of videos merged together in a DontRushChallenge video by cabin crew members as they are understandably bored during the circuit breaker.

Covid19: Josephine Teo Claims No Migrant Worker Has Demanded An Apology

In Parliament on 4 May, Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP) Anthea Ong asked Minister of Manpower (MOM) Josephine Teo if the government will apologise to the foreign workers for the Covid19 outbreak in many dormitories. Josephine Teo claimed "I have not come across one single migrant worker himself that has demanded an apology". Her remarks have been criticised by many netizens. There were some who felt there is no shame in apologising considering these workers have helped build many of Singapore's infrastructure. Remember the Virus Vanguard comic Covid19 superheroes? This superhero team was a collaboration between Gov.sg and art collective Band of Doodlers. However the drawings got taken down one day after being introduced on the gov.sg website. Well, it looks like the Singapore government still cannot get enough of superheroes. The Economic Development Board (EDB) recently released another four cartoon "heroes". Nanyang Academics Agent Cheated Parent By Quoting Higher Tuition Fees Than What Tutor Charged

Recently, I engaged a tuition agent, Nanyang Academics. The terms of payment for the agency fee is first 2 lessons’ fees, and balance 2 lessons I pay directly to tutor. This agent however was totally dishonest. Although the tutor already informed the agent before commencement of first lesson that his charges are $60 per lesson (1.5hr lesson) during CB period of online learning & his hourly charge will commence only after CB ends with face to face tuition, but the agent instead told me it’s $60 p/hr.

CDG (Comfort Delgro) and SMRT waive their taxi rental in accordance with Circuit Breaker (CB) till 1st June. Transcab however has (allegedly) sent its drivers SMS stating reduced rental to begin from 6th May. How to afford rental then? Why can't they follow suit and wait till after CB to reinstate rentals.
