DPM THARMAN SHOULD LECTURE PAP LEADERS ON HONEST POLITICS, STOP LOW BLOWING OTHERS

If PAP wants to instill confidence in Singaporeans, it should also disclose all the investments near market highs in 2007 and 2008. It should not be afraid to let the people know the number of investments that have gone pock kai, are deeply submerged or recovered and earning good returns. If DPM Tharman is really eat finish too free, he should spend more time with his constituents as domestic chronic issues are worsening by the day. A non transparent and unaccountable government definitely needs this lecture. The LKYSPP should organise another conference specifically targetted at PAP members.

HONEST COMFORT TAXI DRIVER RETURNS OVERPAID FARE TO PASSENGER

Popular social media page Mediacock shared a heartwarming story of an honest taxi driver who voluntarily returned a $7 discount to his passenger after he was paid the full amount as the passenger had no knowledge of the promotion. The passenger found the taxi uncle's honesty refreshing and told him to keep the change instead. He praised the taxi driver for his honesty and that such drivers are hard to find nowadays.

TRANSPORT MINISTRY DECLARES MRT TRAIN RELIABILITY UP 30% IN 2016

Latest data by Singapore's Ministry of Transport showed improvements on MRT train network performance. In 2016, trains clocked 174,000 km travelled between delays of more than 5 minutes, this is a 30% increase from the 133,000 km km travelled in 2015. These figures were released by the Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Transport at the 3rd Joint Forum on Infrastructure Maintenance.

BOY'S FALL FROM BICYCLE CAUSES INTESTINES TO POP OUT

According to eye witnesses, the boy had been riding on his bicycle when he hit a small speed bump and fell. He appeared calm at first, but his friends later noticed that his abdomen had been punctured by his bicycle handle and his intestines were starting to pop out from the wound.

A group of 8 Indonesians were arrested by Singapoe customs yesterday at Woodlands Checkpoint after they tried to enter the country at 1.30AM yesterday. One of the Indonesians among the group was found with Islamic State propaganda and images in his mobile phone, which showed an Islamic State flag, Islamic State "activity" and a homemade shoe bomb.
