I see this this as Lui shifting the blame to motorists using the MCE for the initial congestion problems on the MCE for what a user (at 11 am on the Monday day, so he had plenty of time to observe his surroundings) told me was a failure by tpt officials: “There is only one sign indicating the first exit into the city. One would have tot that based on the signage used on other expressways, there would be signs saying ‘Exit to X, 100m’ etc at regular intervals.” As the media reports a lot more signage going up since I heard this comment, I assume this problem has been fixed. And that this is the source of the problem.

I want to share with you and your readers life as a Screening Officer with Certis Cisco Aviation Security Pte Ltd in Changi Airport Terminal 3. For a reputable company which proudly boasts about its good work ethics, its 3M Model (Man, Method, Machine) and good working conditions for its employees. It is quite hypocritical. We do have a lot of PMETs who have lost their jobs and have no choice but to take up taxi, property and insurance licenses. They want their old job but are doing temp now. And I’m sure, for taking up such jobs even though it is out of necessity, the government will still consider them to be “employed”. The good economy is derived from overtaxing Singaporeans and casinos. Citizens have not really benefited. But to continue to hoodwink the public into believing that a good economy means many good jobs, they are “fixing the stats” through various means. With so many unemployed and underemployed people around me, how can I believe the government’s unemployment figure?
