VOTE THEM OUT SO THAT S'POREANS CAN ABOLISH NATIONAL SLAVERY

It is time. Yes I have said it many times that NS needs to be abolished. Now is the time for political hopefuls to step up to the plate on this matter. This article talks about why we need opposition parties to take advantage of the coming election to bring this urgent issue to the forefront. Singapore needs a professional army. Stop exploiting our male youths, and stop spending unnecessary monies on military when the funds can be redirected to more purposeful uses, such as social assistance for the poor.

He is also the cousin-in-law of People's Action Party candidate for Ang Mo Kio Daryl David. 5 POLICIES FROM WP MANIFESTO THAT WILL MAKE SINGAPORE A BETTER PLACE

WP believes that the best way to integrate immigrants is through the family unit and not through importing foreign labour who have no roots in Singapore. Singaporeans with a non-citizen spouse often face disruptions to their family life which creates stress and anxiety for the child when they have to separate from one parent who is on a short-term visit pass. Giving foreign spouses priority for citizenship after 5 years on the long-term visit pass will help alleviate the situation for this group of people.

ONE ROOM HDB FLAT DWELLER: WHY CAN'T WE JUST GIVE THE GOVT SOME CREDIT?

If not for the Government’s help, students from very humble background like myself, would not be able to receive financial assistance such as the CDC CCC Bursary awards. And when my mum had some housing issues not too long ago, my MP helped us settle into a 1-room rental flat. The process wasn't easy, but my MP and his team persevered and succeeded. Had it not for them, my mum and I would probably have to live in some charity homes.
