My friend bought a McSpicy meal, upsized from McDonalds at Jurong Point.

The service was bad, the staff were so lazy!!!

Apparently her order was ready already and the staff walked passed her order many times. NONE of them bothered to call her queue number.

Subsequently, after 4 rounds of numbers calling, eventually her number got called.

She got home, looking forward to eat a proper meal, opened the box and this is what she saw.

Where is the quality control? Do the staffs not check before they pack the food?
