The Malaysian driver who was alleged to have driven away from the Malaysian customs leaving his bus passengers stranded and driving off with personal items belonging to his Singaporean passengers has been suspended by the tour company.

The tour company, KKKL Travel and Tours' lawyer Michael Wong confirmed that the company was in the midst of completing its internal investigations and has already suspended the bus driver. The bus passengers, who were returning home from KL, were left stranded at the Malaysian Customs with just their luggage after the bus drove off with their belongings left on the seats.

However, the stolen personal belongings have still not been recovered yet. KKKL is working with the affected passengers to find the best solution for the incident.
