[Statement regarding recent ITE bullying incident]
"As a group concerned with fostering safer and more inclusive school communities, we strongly condemn the recent incident involving the violent case of bullying at ITE College East.
Bullying in schools must not be tolerated and more should be done to prevent these incidents to protect students, especially those belonging to racial, religious, sexual and gender minorities.
We are committed to working with educational institutions to adopt safer school policies and practices and hope ITE College East will implement preventive measures to protect students from such incidents and foster a safer environment for learning."
