Hello... 'a... fares'? While we're at it, that should be '3 km', as there should be a space between a number and an SI unit.

If you're doing a list, make sure adjectives are attached to the right item. In your list, 'whopping' is on the second line but applies to the third line. Careless much?

And your last line implies that Cairo costs US$0.55.

Someone should be fired for this!
