SINGTEL REFUSES TO GRANT GRACE PERIOD FOR LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 11 YEARS, CAUSES HIM TO LOSE JOB

Dear A.S.S,

SingTel a phone providing company in Singapore, has the worst customer
relationship ever.

A customer with SingTel for 11 years lost his job. He tried to find
recruitment, unfortunately it wasn't possible.

Finally this customer found a job and right when he had the ability to pay
soon, SingTel cut his line.

The customer called back and ask for a grace period of 10 days for which he
would be able to pay the overall outstanding. Asking on the pretext of 11
years of service. SingTel refuse

The customer beg for help just a 10 days grace still SingTel refuses.
Remember this to SingTel loyal customers are not worth a cent. Agreed that
the customer was wrong in the first place for not being able to pay up. Than
again he did pay them 11 years and also promise to pay in 10 days if not
SingTel could cut his service and that would be entirely fine.

The customer is now left stranded unable to continue his new job and likely
would have to really go around looking for another job.

Thank you SingTel for being so ruthless even to a Long time customer. The
company never had any intentions of customer relations but just customer
money.
