PASSENGER WHO WAS LATE FOR BOARDING DEMANDS APOLOGY FROM S'PORE AIRLINES

An SQ business class passenger has drawn the irk of fellow travelers after he complained about Singapore Airlines on their Facebook page. In his complaint, he was angry that Singapore Airlines flight SQ25 left without him even though he was only 5 minutes late. In reality, he was 5 minutes late from the departure time and 50 minutes late from the boarding time. 

He justified his complaint by pushing the blame to the long queue at duty free and demanded an apology and compensation from SQ as he had to suffer 10 hours of painful waiting time for his next flight. He also threatened to not fly Singapore Airlines ever again because they were unwilling to wait that 5 extra minutes for him.

Singapore Airlines have since responded to him in an extremely professional manner.
