OLD MAN NOT EARNING FROM SELLING TISSUE AT TIONG BAHRU MRT, HOW ELSE TO HELP HIM?

Dear Editors,

Today, when I got off the train at Tiong Bahru MRT station, I saw an old man sitting on the floor opposite the ticket gantries. He was selling tissues and looked very sad.

However, people snubbed him and treated like he didn't exist. Everyone walked passed him without giving a damn about his existence.

I see this man every wekeday when I get off work, and hes always at the same position: sitting and selling tissues. It seems that no ones wants to buy it.

I am concerned about him. Does his children care about him? Does he have adequate funds? Is he homeless?

Does anyone know anything about this man and how to help him?
