I ordered a dining table from tabao before xmas.. about in early Nov. By mid dec the table went missing as it was delivered by ninja van.
On day of delivery, they called and informed item will be delivered. We waited for a full day without any response from them.
After 4 days of calling and checking they mentioned that the delivery, together with their driver has gone missing. The refund will be done via the intermediary china company.
They were the one who lost my goods, why will the refund have to be done via china company?
After a good 2 months of waiting and consistent follow up, there was no refund and ninja van claimed they had refunded, china company gave me different answers, one telling me it has been done, the other side telling my husband that the refund has been missed out.
I want to raise awareness of such irresponsible acts by both companies.
