I was initially excited about circles.life as a new Telco, but I had the worst customer service experience in my life dealing with them. Within hours of signing up a new line and porting in my old line, I realised that I was only eligible for early re-contract. i proceeded to contact Circles.life to cancel my port but keep the line instead.
I received an email confirmation and assurance from their so called Customer Happiness Experts that the port in was cancelled and also a notification on their app that it was cancelled. However, lo and behold, my number at Starhub got cancelled and it was ported over.
This is despite my numerous email and messages to confirm that the port over process was cancelled. Best part is, after writing countless of emails to get this matter resolved, they blamed me, saying that it was my mistake that i did not check with my Telco first. So they are saying that an email and app confirmation from them means absolutely nothing.
Any company that makes a mistake and then proceeds to blames their customers is just beyond belief. Circles.Life has done an unauthorised port over of my Starhub line and in their email alluded that its my fault. My friends know that I never.. i mean never complain online.. but this episode is really unbelievable.
