The eleventh hour appeal by a convicted 29 year old Malaysian convicted of drug trafficking to stay his scheduled execution had been rejected by the Court of Appeal.

Prabagaran Srivijayan was found guilty in 2014 for trafficking 22.24g of heroin. He had appealed to the Malaysian Courts to help him in the case previously, but the Malaysia High Court had stated that they have no jurisdiction over the issue. His many appeals to Singapore's courts has also been rejected.

He is scheduled to be executed on Friday July 14. As all appeals to stay the execution have been rejected, the scheduled execution would have already taken place during dawn today. RIP.
