MAN COMPLAINS ABOUT RUDE & RACIST UBER DRIVER, SAYS UBER DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

Dear A.S.S.,

I had the most terrible experience with an uber driver. The driver was taking wrong directions as GPS was misguiding him, I tried to tell him the right directions, this Uber driver started shouting at me to stop disturbing him.

I said you are taking wrong route he yelled at me again and said you f***ing Indian keep quiet. I said what? he again cursed me to go and complain where ever you want, don't mess with Singaporean.

I stayed quiet but he again shouted at me and said he will slap me, repeatedly saying f*** you. There was another lady in the car with an infant, she got totally scared with his behaviour.

I requested Uber to take quick strict action against him on racial comments, abusive language and threatening me again and again. This humiliating behaviour is not acceptable.

Uber did not take it seriously they offered me a refund of this trip rather than taking any action against this individual. Uber told me they have taken necessary action which I believe they have not as I can see this driver is still active on uber. Please help.
