Unfortunately Singtel has a horrible customer service and relations. I was at the Singtel shop and in my rush forgot my bag there. I only realized when I had boarded the train and was several stops away.
There's no way to contact the BUGIS branch and calling the hotline had me on hold for a long time. I then tried the Live Chat.
Live Chat officer tells me that I need to go back and see if it's there. I ask for the BUGIS branch number and he says that that's information that he can't disclose and I need to head back to the branch.
I tell him that I think the customer service is horrible. I'm with my young son on the way home and I'm almost at the end of the line. At the very least I need to know if the bag is there in the first place.
He then asks me a few questions on what my bag looks like and where I was served. I tell him.
Tells me to wait. I do. Then he says he can't help me and closes the chat.
Seriously?! What kind of service is this? Been a customer for many years and this is how we get treated in return? No sense of 'going the extra mile' or any sort of understanding.
I have screenshots of the chat if needed. Singtel, I would like a reply.
