I am wondering what's wrong with the recruit's superiors? Making them wear smelly and stinking uniform when they book out and make the whole MRT and bus stink!
Before they book out, they were asked to bath and changed, and then made to sit at the parade square to listen to briefing and also March to the jetty to take their ferry. Now by the time they reach the ferry terminal, they sweat a lot and caused a stench on their uniform, so when they take bus or MRT home, the smell engulf the air!
My suggestion to MINDEF is that please do not let recruits sweat after they have changed to get ready for book out, by doing so, it will definitely caused air pollution and especially on Friday nights. If possible, get them to change to home clothes once they are at white sands before they take the train. If not, take taxi, grab or uber or get someone to fetch them, do take the MRT or bus in their uniform and stink the whole cabin.
