LADY BUYS JETSTAR TICKETS, REACH AIRPORT TO REALISE JETSTAR DIDN'T SEND A PLANE TO PICK THEM

Jetstar Asia we have a scheduled flight at 6am today. We were here since 4am and airport staff informed us there is NO SCHEDULED FLIGHT from jetstar. I will share my booking details here.

No notification from jetstar (obviously) and we r clueless why there is no flight. we are here with a group of others and some have connecting flights to catch too.

So everyone took to their phones and called jetstar hotline. However, I am amazed that the customer service officer told us and I quote "we cannot help you"

Jetstar didn't schedule a flight we booked n paid...N they cannot help us. I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

As I am writing this, we are still trying to get some kind of assistance from jetstar and they r really not being helpful. It has been 2 hours...The call centre pushes us to the counter and the counter pushes us back to the call centre.

Jetstar, I know u r budget....I didn't expect u to be budget till u don't even send a plane that was meant to come.

I am writing this here to share this with everyone for awareness. N while doing so, we r still stranded here at the airport, jetstar is not rebooking us, they r saying they cannot help us...Which is shocking because jetstar didn't schedule our flight n no two hoots is given about it.
