KIDS HAVEN RECTIFIES PROBLEMATIC WARDROBE, APOLOGIZES FOR INCONVENIENCE

After a reader submitted photos of faulty wardrobes purchased from local furniture store Kids Haven, the company has communicated its steps to rectify the problems and has issued an apology to anyone inconvenienced by the defective furniture.

Kids Haven would like to apologize over the hassle caused to one of our customers over her purchase of a sliding door wardrobe. We would like to clarify the following:

1. Our first assembler did not do an excellent job which resulted in the sliding mechanism being not smooth.

2. We have made a second trip to rectify the sliding mechanism and other defects. Most of the photos posted previously were before rectification.

3. After serious consideration, we have apologized to and settled with the affected customer amicably on a special case basis and they have already removed the original post from their Facebook.

4. To prevent future cases, we have decided to discontinue sliding door wardrobes totally.

Once again, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kids Haven will keep improving on our after sales service and continue to listen to the voice of our customers. Please do reach out to us directly at enquiries@kidshaven.sg for any further clarification required.
