Dishonest grab driver and grab customer services handle it badly Everyone do not use grab!!!! Just a small warning to everyone who use grab n pay with card. This driver when I book fare shown 18$ & when I go off the taxi and receive a email on my phone tolls and others at 10$ extra.. which obviously I did not have toll or anything else. and grab haven get back to me on this matter since last night.
And when operator did not call back I called again two times they said 10$ for extra stop which driver never inform me and from my basement to guardhouse I stop to tell guard something less than mins 5$ and I go to NEIL road instead of stopping at NEIL cause is double yellow line a small turn in duxton he charge me another 5$. !!! Not that We can't pay but he the driver did not even inform or tell us there is extra charges as well! Is very unfair! Never never again! This happen on the 26 October. And I find that is unfair and wrote in to grab on 31st they said their customer service will get back to me and once again nothing... below are photo attachment of dishonest driver and grab respond.
