CUSTOMERS PISSED WITH STARHUB FOR AIRING PAP PROPAGANDA SHOW ON PAID TV

Other Starhub cable subscribers and I are pissed off that Starhub cable allow airing of PAP propaganda programme "Coffee Talk with Ministers" which just started this Tuesday,4 August. They are screening it 2 times a week, every Tuesday and Friday. Duration is half an hour.

We paid subscription to watch cable programmes and this is ridiculous. Is STARHUB cable going same direction as Mediacorp? We do not want to pay to watch propaganda by PAP. Starhub, no politics , please. PAP is utterly desperate to win, resorting to expanding media exposure to carry out their propaganda at the paying subscribers' expense.

Ever since, the Tan Tong Hai took over as CEO, there are more nonsense from Starhub cable. He took away mosaic viewing, reduce number of days for free viewing on only limited channels on some major public holidays. Under previous CEO this was not so. Read on....

Starting this year, Starhub keep producing more and more local dramas. Is starhub aiming to be another Mediacorp? MAIN REASONS WHY PEOPLE SUBSCRIBE TO CABLE IS TO WATCH OVERSEAS PROGRAMMES. WE ARE FED UP AND DISLIKE LOCAL PROGRAMMES BY MEDIACORP. If we want to watch local programmes we might as well watch mediacorp programmes and terminate our subscription with Starhub.

WE SUBSCRIBERS ARE AGAINST USING OUR SUBSCRIPTION MONEY TO PRODUCE PAP PROPAGANDA PROGRAMME AND LOCAL DRAMAS. STARHUB CABLE IS PAID TV NOT FREE NATIONAL TV STATION. IS STARHUB ENCOURAGING EXISTING CABLE CUSTOMERS TO TERMINATE OUR CABLE SUBSCRIPTION BY DOING ALL THESE?

Besides all the above customer service is worse than ever. Keep calling any time of the day for many occasion hardly anyone answer call.

To sum it all, Under the new CEO, Starhub seems TO HAVE CHANGE OF DIRECTION and customer service sucks big time.
