8 SINGAPORE TO HONG KONG FLIGHTS CANCELLED DUE TO TYPHOON HAIMA

It has been reported that at least eight flights from Singapore to Hong Kong have been cancelled on Friday (Oct 21 as at 9am). Nine others have been re-timed for later departure due to Typhoon Haima.

The affected airlines are Singapore Airlines, Tigerair, United Airlines, Jetstar Asia, and Cathay Pacific.

Two Singapore Airlines flights to Hong Kong — SQ890 and SQ856 — have been cancelled, while flights SQ860 and SQ866 have been delayed.

Similarly, flights out of Hong Kong to Singapore have also been disrupted.

Cathay Pacific flights CX735, CX635, CX711, and CX715 have been cancelled.

Six other flights from Hong Kong to Singapore have been delayed til Saturday. This includes Singapore Airlines flights SQ863 and SQ865.
