New Cluster Housing In Indonesia Called “Raffles Place” Inside “The Singapore Of Medan”

Remember the “Singapore of Medan” that was in the news last week for their Merlion statue and fake ERP gantries? Apparently they will also have cluster housing inside called “Raffles Place”.

The cluster will have 2-story/3-bedroom houses (108sqm) that costs Rp 2.8 billion (S$266,546). It is supposed to be a luxury housing in a luxurious city.

Since housing is getting more expensive in Singapore, maybe can consider moving to the Singapore of Medan instead.
