RYDE Accidentally Charges Rider Wrongly, Refunds With Voucher That Expires In 1 Month?!

I want to report this. This the RYDE service?

I have been extra $2 for nothing & lucky i found out through viewing my bank account which is totally not tally with my receipt happen to sent me.

Their your customer service just throw me my $2 through voucher without my agreement.

However needed to use it within a month or a week with my own money!??
