The CPF is supposed to be the safest place for everyone to store their money. So safe that even we can’t take our own money out. Yet this netter’s CPF account was emptied.
Posting on reddit, this netter said that all their voluntary CPF contributions were suddenly deducted from their medisave without warning. They said that they did not make transactions using their CPF this weekend.
When other netters asked if it was refunded because their contributions went above limit, OP said it wasn’t.
They tried to contact CPF but they did not respond as it was the weekend.
Some more, OP allegedly didn’t receive any refunds in their bank account. And the transactions in CPF were also “made in multiple random looking transactions”.
CPF better give an answer soon! How can they just silently refund/deduct from someone’s CPF account without sending any notifications?!
