Netizen: 2 Visitors At SGH In A Vulnerable Ward Never Wear Mask!

A reader shared with us this Facebook post from a mom of a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. She requested to be her son’s caregiver but her request was rejected. This is following MOH’s announcement that in-person visits to all hospital wards will be suspended for four weeks from Jan 24 to Feb 20.

Yet, she noted that there were 2 visitors to another patient in her son’s ward from the photographs he sent to her. Moreover, they also took off their masks.

So a mother cannot visit her son while other people can get visitors without mask?

MOH, SGH, care to explain?
