Pervert Loiters Around Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ School Taking Pictures Of Students

According to an Instagram post, this man has been loitering around Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ Secondary School (PLMGSS) every school day for quite some time.

“He’s seen taking pics of my schoolmates with his arm crossed and looking weirdly at my schoolmates, up to down.”

This pervert has often been spotted at the bus stops near PLMGSS and he appears to know the school hours. He has also been found loitering around the school, such as the nearby mama shops or parks.

“even with EOYs going on now hes still updated with all the timings!”

The man apparently also wears the same outfit every time, with black glasses, dark blue top, navy blue baggy jeans, black shoes, black watch, and a black drawstring bag.
