
Dear Editors,
I sign up with FoodPanda as a rider few years back and paid $150 as deposit for their account and equipment. Now I want to quit FoodPanda and wish to return the equipment and ask for refund of my deposit.
FoodPanda refused to return me the deposit and say their terms and condition have changed but I did not agree nor aware.
I am sure many riders also lost their deposit to them in this manner. See attached how they respond.
