Earlier this week, Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan was caught calling PSP’s Leong Mun Wai “illiterate” in parliament. He even remarked, “Seriously how did he even get into RI? Must have been a lousy school.”
He thought that the microphone was off, and that it wouldn’t pick up on his comment. What an arrogant and snarky remark!
This is despite all the times where our ministers kept trying to assure us that “every school is a good school”, and here is Vivian talking about how Leong Mun Wai’s school must be a lousy school.
What does he think of Singaporeans who didn’t even make it to RI then? This is how a minister behaves when he thinks that he is not on record! How can we trust whatever they tell us?!
