In a series of Facebook posts and comments, ex-Singapore Presidential Candidate Tan Kin Lian endorsed the Taliban Mujahideen Government as credible and responsible. This is following the news of the US Army’s retreat from Afghanistan.
In response to MSM news about the Taliban’s victory, a number of Singaporean netters also expressed support for the Taliban in the comment section. They pointed out that it is the US that was being meddlesome and that the US is the true terrorist.
Some netters even pointed out that the Talibans are fighting for their lives for when the “empire comes to die”.
