Shit is Real. More Infectious Mutation of Delta Variant May Be Resistant to Antibodies

The highly infectious Delta variant may have mutated again. A news report in India said that there could be an even more infectious version called AY.1 or Delta+.

This mutation is worrying as it is more resistant to a mix of antibodies that was previously authorized in India for emergencies. If a cocktail mix of antibodies (casirivimab and imdevimab) does not work, how are the people there going to recover from Covid-19?

Also, what will happen if our government allows more harmful mutations to seep into our country?

As long as one country doesn’t get the virus under control, other countries including ours will be affected one way or another. We’re all f*cked.
