Racist neighbour spotted again! A netizen’s family was going about their prayers when their neighbour purposely put a fan in the corridor to blow away the smoke and disturb their ritual.
From her post, it is not the first time the neighbour has done this.
“Neighbour from hell!! on the fan whenever we start to pray. he installed SPY camera at the lobby and when to complain to HDB to remove over cctv.”
Is anyone going to investigate this?
