Another Customer Suspects Being Scammed By ChangiRecommends GetIt After They Go MIA On Her

I saw a post on your website about GetIt by Changi Recommends and I feel like I might have been scammed as well.

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume on 8th December and until now (14th Dec), I haven’t received any tracking number despite sending them an email last week and sending them WhatsApp messages to both of their numbers (+65 87324621 or +65 98694718), which the company did not respond to. I’ve called 3 times as well, but nobody picks up the phone.

Although I understand that they mentioned delivery will take 7 to 14 business days, it’s odd that they don’t respond to inquiries or they don’t update the purchase status if the item has been packed, picked up by their courier partner, or is already in transit.

I might have to report them to authorities, too.

I was able to reach GetIt by Changi Recommends via phone today and their PR Team and customer service also reached out to me to apologise and reassured my order. They did try to accommodate me the best they can. However, I just decided to just cancel my order and opted for a refund instead for my own peace of mind.

Hoping their service will be better soon.
