NTUC FairPrice Charges Almost Double For Same Item Sold Elsewhere

A shrewd customer saw a Tefal oven selling at $429 at a FairpriceXtra outlet and, instead of trusting it to be a fair price, decided to compare prices at other retailers.

True enough, his diligence paid off and he was surprised to find the same item selling at $249 at a Courts outlet. That’s a whopping $189 difference!

Fairprice, can you still call yourself “Fairprice” after so many complaints about your high prices?
