Singaporean Finds Mould on Her New Brand New HDB Flat Before Even Moving In

A Singaporean lady have found an altogether unexpected obstacle to moving in to her brand new flat. It is the norm nowadays for Singaporean couples to get married, apply for a HDB flat, get their keys a few years later, spend ore money to make their brand new flat beautiful, then move in.

Unfortunately for this Singaporean woman, her dreams of moving into a beautiful new flat was dashed. She has found some spotty mould on her HDB walls barely a month after getting her keys to her new flat. It was reported that the flat was somewhere in Tampines.

The woman immediately took photos of her spotty walls, and wrote in to HDB to ask for help. But the big question is, why is a brand new flat facing a mouldy problem? Materials used are cheap and useless?
