Dr Tan Cheng Bock Sets Up New Party, Application ‘Approved-In-Principle’

Dr Tan Cheng Bock’s application for his new party has been “approved-in-principle” by the Registry of Societies. The new party, called the Progress Singapore Party, will be helmed by none other than Dr Tan himself.

He said that the application is pending some amendments by the Registry. “The Registry of Societies has been very helpful so far, and I look forward to their favorable response to our application”.

Dr Tan thanked Singaporeans for being patient with him while he sets up the new party. Thanks to him, Singaporeans now have a stronger voice in opposition. There have been many changes in the opposition scene this year and it remains to be seen how the PAPpies will prepare for this.

Just wait and see!
