I rescheduled for a delivery by Ninja Van due to failure in first delivery? First off, in their first delivery, they did not show up at my home and neither did they call me.
On the second delivery, same thing happened. No delivery man and no phone call. Went and check on their track my package service and found out delivery man report as failure of delivery? I was home the whole day!
Called Ninja Van so call urgent phone number and it took them 16 minutes to answer my call. Customer service said he will report the delivery man for false information.
Now waiting to see how their third attempt would be like. I really do hope they deliver my parcel this time round. Have informed the online shopping market about Ninja Van bad service and have asked them to stop using Ninja Van as their courier service.
If you make a search about Ninja Van reviews, majority are complaints. Their standard of service is not acceptable in Singapore. They ought to have their business license removed.
