MMA FIGHTER ANGELA LEE INJURED IN TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT, TO WITHDRAW FROM MATCH

MMA fighter Angela Lee suffered a concussion in a terrible car accident in Hawaii. She was on the way to training when she fell asleep and her car flipped over several times.

Thankfully, she survived with only a concussion and some minor burns. Her car was however, in a complete wreck. Due to the accident, the ONE Atomweight World Champion will have to withdraw from a title defence this month.

Said ONE Championship founder Chatri Sityodtong: “We are all blessed and relieved that Angela is expected to make a full recovery. It is a reminder for all of us that life is so fragile and that we must treasure our loved ones every day. Please join me in sending love, prayers, and positive energy to Angela and her family.”
