The motorbike accident at the Second Link actually happened this morning, and unfortunately claimed the life of the rider. A trip to Singapore turned fatal for the motorcyclist after he collided with an express bus at KM0.7 along the Second Link Highway in Johor Baru on Friday morning at about 6 am.

Reports indicated the deceased as Yeoh Yoke Khing, 37, who was heading into Singapore for work when the accident happened. His motorbike hit the rear tyre of a bus which was in the midst of doing a U-turn, and the victim died at the scene due to severe injuries caused by the collision.

The bus driver did not sustain any injuries. The Malaysian authorities have not revealed any more details about the accident.
