SMRT SHOULD PROVIDE IN-STATION TOILETS FOR COMMUTERS

I want to make a suggestion for SMRT and the LTA. They should build public toilets within stations to cater to commuters who need to use the toilet urgently at one of the stations but do not want to tap out of the station just to go to a nearby toilet.

I noticed that Kuala Lumpur LRT system (KL Rapid) have toilets inside the train stations. Commuters need not tap to go out to the station to use the toilets.

Besides being convenient for commuters, having toilets inside the station will prevent burglars from robbing commuters. There are CCTVs everywhere inside the stations. If the toilets are outside the station, it is not safe to use especially at night.
