This NEA officer tried to fine me for smoking under the shelter, I'm annoyed because it was raining and i had my DRLS camera hanging on my neck. Usually i wont smoke under the shelter but i only did it this time because it was raining.
They were recording me with their body cam and he tried to lie to me that i cannot film him.
When i asked him if there's a law against it he just nodded his head but didn't say anything. This fucker tried to lie to me.
I know NEA officers are just doing their jobs and most of the time if it is raining they give chance. It is totally unreasonable that he wanted to fine me where it was raining and my camera was getting wet, now i have to pay a $200 fine and i have no money in my bank account.
