I just want to ask if this is allowed in Singapore? Does ofo tolerate this behaviour?

There’s not 1 or 2 but 5 ofo bicycles parked outside the 2nd storey unit near the lift!

It’s really irresopnsible of the user who did this… hope this will not happen again!
