FOREIGN BIKE PARKED AT PAVEMENT FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, NEVER KENA FINED?

Dear A.S.S.,

It’s been more then a week that this bike been parking on the walk way pavement and yet I don’t see any Summon tickets on it.

Although it’s a foreign bike but please at least park it at vacant bike space la!
