BUS MOUNTED KERB OUTSIDE BEDOK INTERCHANGE, ONE WOMAN UNDER BUS

Dear A.S.S. Editor

Saw an accident at Bedok Bus interchange today. The bus, which was returning back to the interchange, mounted the kerb and unfortunately, hit two pedestrians who were waiting at the traffic junction to cross the road.

According to people who were there at the time of the accident, the victims were two women pedestrians. One woman appeared injured and was down beside the bus, while another woman was actually under the bus. The woman who was at the pavement beside the bus appeared hurt, and some say she might have injured both her legs. The woman under the bus was apparently still responsive when ambulance and SCDF came.

Hopefully both women will recover fast from their injuries. Really wonder what happened, why the bus went up the kerb. Two innocent women just waiting for the lights to change to cross the road probably had no time to react.
