WOMAN COMPLAINS ABOUT HAVING TO PAY $10 MORE & WAIT LONGER FOR GRAB RIDE

Incident: I booked Justgrab at 846am. The driver who accepted (and I understand he has to accept due to your incentive policy) was dropping off another passenger down the street.

I finally got on my ride at 859am. My ride is $32 (after $5 off)

Having waited past 8 min, I contemplated Uber and Comfortcab which were charging around $22 (no discount) but I wanted to honour your Justgrab driver’s accepted ride.

The whole process took far too long! Technically I’m paying $10 more taking Grab to wait 13 min for my ride.

I’ve encountered long waiting time with Grab several times. Be it long waiting time to get a ride or long waiting time for my ride to arrive. More so the former.
