[APPEAL FOR INFORMATION – MR. LOW SUI KWANG]

The Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 57-year-old Mr. Low Sui Kwang who was last seen in the vicinity of Blk 63 Kallang Bahru on 19 September 2017 at about 8:00 a.m.
