An overturned car was spotted along Pasir Panjang Road on 24 September.
According to a netizen, he arrived on the scene while on the way to dinner and spotted the accident involving 2 cars along the road towards West Coast Highway at 4.36PM.
“When I was there, the driver was nowhere to be seen. There were still two traffic policemen there at the scene though.”
When he went to a nearby Nakhon Restaurant for his dinner, he heard the other patrons speaking about the incident. The driver had allegedly been speeding and lost control of the car.
Police investigations are ongoing.
