LARGE CLOUD OF SMOKE SPOTTED AT WEST COAST BUILDING

A netizen has sent a photograph of a cloud of acrid black smoke rising to the sky in West Coast Singapore.

The incident took place just this morning at about 11AM. The netizen could not be sure if the large plume of smoke rising up came from a building or a burning patch of forestry.

According to the netizen, the fire and smoking cloud appeared to last for about 20 minutes before it disappeared.
