This is how Deliveroo treats their long-serving riders now.
With the influx of new riders on the new per delivery payment scheme, the loyal riders from the old hourly+docket scheme are being terminated for reasons that they simply make up just to remove us from their payroll.
“Things come up and plans change” – this is sufficient to terminate a rider without any disciplinary reason?
Deliveroo you’re a JOKE. Knowing that orders are not even enough to come by, you are still hell bent on recruiting new riders everyday to ship out the loyal ones who’ve been through thick and thin with your company.
Hope this post reveals the sort of organization that you really are.
